This policy explains how OXIDERA (Simon Blažek s.p.) processes your personal data when you visit oxidera.com or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian law.

2. Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Selected service
• Your message
• Confirmation that you have read this Privacy Policy

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time, requested pages) for security and reliable operation. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.

3. Why we process your data and legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible offer — performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and operational (server logs) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (processors):

• Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery; stores your enquiry and our reply.

Your enquiry is delivered to our company email and handled only by OXIDERA. Data is stored within the EU/EEA.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a business relationship is established, after which statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are kept only for a short period by our host.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@oxidera.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, ip-rs.si).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
